“We are delighted to have Bandit Bee supporting us for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Their support helps us to carry on funding life saving research to beat breast cancer. .
Breast Cancer is the most common cancer in the UK, with 1 in 7 women diagnosed in their lifetime. Against Breast Cancer are a research charity founded over 25 years ago to fund research into secondary spread, the main cause of breast cancer related deaths.
Against Breast Cancer fund world class research at leading academic and research institutes within the UK. Our scientists are taking a unique approach to stop secondary breast cancer from claiming lives, by focussing on prevention, earlier detection and the development of new therapies against breast cancer.
Right now, support for our charity has never been more important. Medical research charities have been hard hit by the struggles of the pandemic and experienced an unprecedented fall in income throughout the pandemic. The need has never been greater for improvements in rates of early detection and better treatments so we are extremely grateful to Bandit Bee for your support“
