We ship worldwide and shipping fees are calculated on weight and location.
All UK orders are shipped Royal Mail with a choice of first or second class delivery or Hermes Courier with a 3-4 working day delivery time. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and we try to offer options where available. If available, a tracking number will be allocated to your order once dispatched. Our default shipping is second class.
All orders received before 16:00 GMT will be dispatched the next working day (Monday to Friday only).
Please note that due to restrictions and lockdowns, there may be some delays to shipping times which are out of our control.
How Can I Pay?
We use both Stripe and Paypal.
If you don’t have a Paypal account don’t worry! Just click the Paypal button and it will give you an option to pay with your debit or credit card without having to set up a Paypal account. We do it this way so that you have the additional protections offered through Paypal for your data security.
You can also pay through stripe – a leading online payment processor.
You can also pay through Apple or Android Pay for your convenience.
We also use industry leading protection systems to protect potentially sensitive information like your name, email address and payment details for your added security.
How do I know you’ve received my order?
Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email shortly after. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a second email from us to let you know it’s on its way. If you haven’t received these emails please check your spam folder..
If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen, please email us here first.
You may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, at your option, a full refund minus shipping provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging. We recommend sending any returns via recorded/signed for delivery. Please note that the return costs are your responsibility.
Please ensure your name, address, order number and requirements are included..
If we do not receive your return within 14 days , any refunds will be at our discretion.
Do you have a shop?
We are an online retailer so do not have a physical shop. However if you want to see our items before you buy we are currently stocked in a number of dance studios and gyms in London. Message us for details 🙂
